today, I went to the Penn State Arboretum.

Penn State really is beautiful. I feel like I get really ultra-depressed going to and from classes. All I run into is the same scenery to and from Downtown. But just a little further out, and one can see the beautiful mountains and the expanse of forest that encapsulates us.

There is more outside of the Penn State bubble. The Arboretum is one little step closer to that outside world.

And the people aren't that bad, either. Four people complimented my socks. One of them was inside a car(it was a drive-by compliment). And one of the people said my socks were whimsical. Socks are as pictured below.

I think it's neat that the bun color is the same as my skin color. It kinda makes the bun look like mesh that shows my skin. Which is a hilarious concept for a novelty sock.
